Directions from Salem:
  1. Merge onto I-5 N toward PORTLAND.
  2. Take the CORBETT AVE. exit - exit number 298.
  3. Turn RIGHT onto SW CORBETT AVE.
  4. Turn LEFT onto SW BOUNDARY AVE.
  5. Turn LEFT onto SW MACADAM AVE/OR-43.
  6. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto SW KELLY AVE.
  7. 4614 SW Kelly is about halfway up the street on the right.
  8. The entrance to our office, Suite 100, is on the second floor. It is a short staircase down from Kelly Ave. to our office.

 

Directions from Washington:

  1. As you approach Portland, follow I-5 Southbound across the bridge (be in the far right lane as you cross the bridge)

  2. Take exit #299A toward Lake Oswego/Hwy 43

  3. Continue on SW Hood Avenue, moving to the far right lane, following signs to Lake Oswego/Hwy 43

  4. Veer right onto Macadam Avenue

  5. Take a sharp right onto Kelly Avenue   (this is dead-end street, and the turn is just past the signal at Hamilton Ct. on Macadam)

  6. 4614 Kelly Avenue is about halfway up the street on the right.

  7. The entrance to our office, Suite 100, is on the second floor. Take a short flight of stairs down from Kelly Avenue to our office.
